Malaysia's First Luxury Seafront Resort Condominium to Feature a 4.5-acre Water Park Exclusively for Residents.

Set within 21 acres, Quayside is the only luxury seafront condominium in Malaysia featuring a 4.5-acre water park exclusively dedicated for residents. The project is the last major residential component within Seri Tanjung Pinang, a new waterfront community that includes a marina, retail, and residences. Quayside's signature water park, designed by US-based planning and landscape architects Geyer Coburn Hutchins LLC, comprises an interconnected collection of pools over seven distinct activity areas to suit all ages and moods. While the pool area is furnished with cabanas, pavilions and hammocks, the adjoining green open park forms part of a 1.4-km jogging and cycling track. In addition, the resort-style clubhouse has an outdoor dining terrace, lounge, games room and gymnasium.

"Quayside's point-block design, comprising five high-rise towers and two low-rise blocks, affords residents a great deal of privacy, daylighting and natural ventilation as well as  commanding views of the sea," according to WATG vice president Cynthia Jacobs. Quayside offers a wide range of unit sizes, from one, one + one, two, and three-bedroom apartments to penthouse suites. These range from 1,137 square feet for a one-bedroom apartment to 7,159 square feet for a penthouse. In fact, the seafront development boasts the largest one-bedroom units in the region.
